 How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE on all Pre-Made gift boxes 


When will my parcel arrive?

We take 2-3 business days to hand pack your order. Please see below for our shipping time frames.


Standard Shipping:

Will take between 1-5 business days, and slightly longer for remote and country areas.

Sydney Metro - 1-2Business Days

ACT Metro - 3 Business Days

Can I arrange to have a gift hamper sent on a particular day?

Please email us at if you would like to request that your gift is delivered on a particular day and we would be happy to accommodate this. Alternatively, please fill out the 'open on this date' field and we will put a sticker on the shipping carton so that it is not opened by the recipient prior to their special day


Where do you deliver?

From Geraldton to the Gold Coast, and Launceston to Lagrange, we deliver to all corners of Australia!


How can I track my order?

We pack and ship all our orders with both Australia Post, and Couriers Please. Whilst we may put a kick-ass gift box together for you, we leave the shipping to the professionals- and timeframes for all deliveries are based on timeframes provided to us. Each order is provided with a tracking number you can follow through their websites. 

We cannot accept any responsibility for any delayed or missing packages. Please liaise with the couriers directly if you have any issues and please have patience with your delivery, the couriers are working as hard as they can during this time.


My gift box is marked as delivered by the recipient hasn't received it?

All deliveries have Authority To Leave, which means that if the courier deems an area safe, they will leave it without signature. The couriers will always try to leave this in a safe place, which sometimes may be hidden! 

Otherwise your local courier may have dropped it off at your local Post Office, which you can collect.

If in doubt, please contact Couriers Please or Australia Post. Once your parcel has been sent, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with the courier company.

It is also your responsibility to input the correct address and recipient, we cannot take any responsibility for incomplete addresses or incorrect addresses. We do not offer refunds or replacements for parcels that go missing.


Help, I've made an error with the delivery address!

We would really love you to double and triple check the delivery address of your order before you place it. If an error has been made please email us at so we can try to help you fix it up.

Please do this as soon as you realise, as if your order has already been dispatched it will need to be redirected and may incur a redelivery fee.


How can I make sure no invoices or details of costs are received by the person I am sending the gift hamper?

We email invoices directly to the purchaser only and don’t include invoices with the delivery.


Will my gift box be exactly like the picture?

Whilst we always try to fulfil your order exactly as they appear online, sometimes items may be out of stock. If this happens, we'll replace any out of stock products with either a different flavour of the same product or a different product of the same value. We will normally email you to confirm this swap, however during busy periods, we will make this swap without contacting you so your gift box can be on its way without delay.

Do you have a return policy?

All our sales are final. We don't accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged, please email us at within 48 hours of receiving the box, please include photos of the damaged goods.
