How does it work?

Providing you with an easy, gift giving experience, you can choose to shop our single items, shop our ‘giftyco boxes',  or for your own unique and personal gift purchase, you can ‘create your own’ gift box.

Why send a gift box? 

Everyone loves to celebrate but it’s sometimes hard to think of what to give.

Gifty co is here to help with the ease of a curated gift box and the convenience of it being sent directly to their home or to your own. Sometimes you can’t always be there for that special someone but you can let them know you were thinking of them. We have a selection of gift boxes for all different occasions and milestones. 

Our gift boxes are packed to perfection including carefully sourced, unique and luxurious items. 

Do you ship single items? 

Yes. We are an e-commerce store. Single items will be wrapped in our custom designed tissue paper and eco friendly compost mailer bags. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be dispatched between 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking update with estimated delivery timeframes to your location.

What if I want to create multiple gift boxes?

You can start by adding the Gifty Co gift boxes and ALL the items you would like to your cart. Leave a note for us on the shopping cart page as to which items you would like to go in which box or which box is for each recipient. You can also email us and let us know.  Alternatively, you can email us athello@giftyco.com.auand we would love to help you get your order sorted!

What if I want to send multiple gift boxes to different addresses? 

The simplest way is for you to create them as seperate orders, with seperate mailing addresses. OR We can send them all to your home and you can give them to your recipients

Can I order multiple gift boxes to the same household with individual recipient names?

 Yes, we can arrange that for you. After placing your order, please email us with the names you want on each box and any personalised messages you'd like to include

Can I send a gift to someone in say Adelaide from the UK?

Yes, we can send gifts to Adelaide from the UK. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. We recommend choosing the Express post option for faster delivery.

Can I arrange to have a gift box delivered on a particular day?

We use Australia Post/Sendle for all our deliveries and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. However, you can choose the Express Post option at checkout for faster delivery. Alternatively please fill out the 'open on this date' field and we will put a sticker on the shipping carton so that it is not opened by the recipient prior to their special day

How long does Express post take?

Express Post usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

Where do you deliver?

From Geraldton to the Gold Coast, and Launceston to Lagrange, we deliver to all corners of Australia!

How can I track my order?

We pack and ship all our orders with both Australia Post, and Couriers Please. Whilst we may put a kick-ass gift box together for you, we leave the shipping to the professionals- and timeframes for all deliveries are based on timeframes provided to us. Each order is provided with a tracking number you can follow through their websites. 

We cannot accept any responsibility for any delayed or missing packages. Please liaise with the couriers directly if you have any issues and please have patience with your delivery, the couriers are working as hard as they can during this time.

My gift box is marked as delivered by the recipient hasn't received it?

All deliveries have Authority To Leave, which means that if the courier deems an area safe, they will leave it without signature. The couriers will always try to leave this in a safe place, which sometimes may be hidden! 

Otherwise your local courier may have dropped it off at your local Post Office, which you can collect.

If in doubt, please contact the freight company. Once your parcel has been sent, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with the courier company.

It is also your responsibility to input the correct address and recipient, we cannot take any responsibility for incomplete addresses or incorrect addresses. We do not offer refunds or replacements for parcels that go missing

Help, I've made an error with the delivery address!

We would really love you to double and triple check the delivery address of your order before you place it. If an error has been made please email us at hello@giftyco.com.au so we can try to help you fix it up.

Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. All parcels are sent with tracking. Please check their website https://try.sendle.com/tracking or contact Sendle directly via support@sendle.com.

How can I make sure no invoices or details of costs are received by the person I am sending the gift box?

We email invoices directly to the purchaser only and don’t include invoices with the delivery.

Will my gift box be exactly like the picture?

Whilst we always try to fulfil your order exactly as they appear online, sometimes items may be out of stock. If this happens, we'll replace any out of stock products with either a different type of the same product or a different product of the same value. We will normally email you to confirm this swap, however during busy periods, we will make this swap without contacting you so your gift box can be on its way without delay.

Can I include a message in the greeting card?

Yes, you can include a personalised message in the greeting card. There is a space to add your message at checkout.

Do you do corporate gifting and bulk orders?

We absolutely do, and would love to provide your friends, family or employees with amazing gift boxes. Send us an email at hello@gitftyco.com.au with your budget and the kinds of products you're interested in, and we can organise some options for you! 

Do you have a return policy?

All our sales are final. We don't accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged, please email us at hello@giftyco.com.au within 72 hours of receiving the box, please include photos of the damaged goods.
