Our Gift boxes are dispatched every business day to every corner of Australia.

For create your own gift boxes shipping is calculated on weight at checkout. We ship our packages through courier Sendle, Couriers Please & Australia Post. Express Shipping is also available, price is based on weight at checkout. 

All orders are shipped 1-2 business days of you placing your order.  

Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. All parcels are sent with tracking. Please check their website https://try.sendle.com/tracking or contact Sendle directly via support@sendle.com.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. However, you can choose the Express Post option at checkout for faster delivery. Alternatively please fill out the 'open on this date' field and we will put a sticker on the shipping carton so that it is not opened by the recipient prior to their special day

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking update with estimated delivery timeframes to your location.

 

How long does Express post take?

Express Post usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
