Refund Policy

Each item purchased from Gifty Co is carefully checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. 

We will make every effort to execute your order as per your selection, however if we need to substitute an item due to seasonal changes or unavailability, we will use an item of similar value, colour and style. In order to deliver your important gift without delay.

Due to the nature of our products some products will be unable to be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us through email at hello@giftyco.com.au within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. 

Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Gifty Co. If the item is available to be returned, we recommend you using a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
